SCOTIABANK BED RACE, PICNIC AND FAMILY FUN DAY

Event start time is 11 a.m. with opening ceremonies beginning at 12:30 pm

Scotiabank Bed Race, Picnic and Family Fun Day in support of Mental Health at Trillium Health Partners!

During the bed race, enjoy our fun festival for the whole family! The event will offer an exciting Kids Zone filled with child-friendly activities, such as a stroller derby, bed-making contest, entertainment on wheels by Circus Jonathan, inflatable bouncers, face painting plus there will be many giveaways! New this year, the main stage will feature Gwen Stefani and Katy Perry tribute acts during the opening ceremonies and half time show!

Attendees will be fueled with a barbeque lunch hosted by Scarlett House Catering and Pizza Pizza while singers, dancers and live music from the bed race house band, Nightfly. Singer/songwriter Michael Theodore returns as the event emcee and is also scheduled to perform. Children are also encouraged to participate in the kids colouring contest. Have your child download the contest sheet to colour and bring it to the Scotiabank Bed Race on Sunday, June 7, 2015 for submission. All submissions will be entered into a random draw for prizes Donations are encouraged for those not registered in the bed race.

With each minimum $5 donation, a donor receives a festivities wristband, plus tickets for lunch and a chance to win great prizes! Admission to enter the park to watch the races and entertainment is free. 100 per cent of donations raised will support Mental Health at Trillium Health Partners.
