Glama Gal Noon Year’s Eve Party
From noon to 2 pm on December 31 at Glama Gal locations in Toronto and the GTA, tweens can indulge in non-alcoholic pink champagne, confetti manicures, glitter hair and makeup applications, DIY bling rings, a dance party and a balloon drop.
