Sign up for online yoga classes via Zoom. Private classes and group classes available.

Family yoga classes in Oakville, Toronto, and surrounding areas. Children’s yoga classes are for ages 6 weeks (baby and caregiver) to 12 years of age.

Classes are offered at child care centers, schools, community centers, yoga studios, outdoor parks, private residences and more.

Yogi Frogz encourages young yogis to move with the help of songs, stories, games and a variety of props. Mats, activity sheets, arts and crafts supplies and other tools are supplied.
