Me-Time Massage Therapy for Kids

Me-Time is a massage therapy practice for children ages 5–12 located in Toronto’s east end. It’s a place for children to learn how to relax, to learn how to care for themselves, to decompress from the everyday stresses of life, and a safe space to be themselves.

Massage may help to lead to better sleep, may improve focus and concentration, and help develop self-regulation skills.

Registered massage therapist Heidi has more than 15 years of experience in clinical, corporate, and home settings.

Massage sessions are by appointment only, with 30- and 45-minute sessions available. Appointment hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday 2:00 pm–8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am–12:00 pm.
