These 1 1/2 hour programs are designed for children aged 3 – 12 years, and are led by a costumed interpreter. Children will learn and play old-fashioned games, followed by a heritage-inspired craft they can take home. Space is limited to 30 children per session.

Two sessions each day, at 10:30 am and 1:00 pm. Cost is $11.30 per child, including museum admission. General admission fees apply for accompanying adults. Register in advance online.

August 16: Create a decorative feeder for butterflies

August 23: Make and take your very own zoetrope.

August 30: Learn how both Indigenous children and early settler children made corn husk dolls, then make one of your own
