Mark the longest day of the year by celebrating the world’s tallest land mammal! International Giraffe Day at the Toronto Zoo will feature interactive and educational activities about giraffes and why saving and protecting this Vulnerable* species is so important. The Wildlife Care Team will engage Kiko and Mstari at a special training demonstration at noon, in addition to the regularly scheduled keeper talk at 2:00 pm. Special for Thursday, June 21, 2018, only, guests can participate in the Zoo’s social media challenge to be entered into a draw to meet the giraffes at the end of the day. Details at the event.
