The Hamilton/Burlington Junior League is planning a full day of self-esteem, mindfulness, and anxiety workshops for tween girls ages 9–14.
This event is hosted by all-girl teen pop-rock band Girl Pow-R, who will perform at the event. Girl Pow-R is a group of six girls ages 11–16 who perform original and cover songs, play their own instruments and dance.
