Snow Tubing and Ice Skating

Want to get out of the city and have some Canadian winter fun? This day trip to Northern Ontario will let you scratch some winter experiences off your bucket list. The trip includes ice skating through the woods in Arrowhead Provincial Park and Snow Tubing at Barrie’s Snow Valley Ski Resort – two truly Canadian activities in one package!

Snow Valley has one of the best snow tubing rides in Ontario, with a snow tube rope tow and lots of chutes with large lanes. You can slide down the hill alone or with up to 4 friends/family in the same tube. In 2017 Arrowhead Park skating trail was named as one of the Top 50 Canadian Winter Experiences, and just recently named one of 19 Stunning Natural Ice Skating Rinks Around the World by Travel+Leisure.

Meeting point:
9 am Dufferin Mall in front of the Beer store
9.30 am York Mills in front of Starbucks
10.00 am King City Carpool Lot

Price $119 plus tax includes:
• Return transport from Toronto by 12-seat-van or minivan
• 5 snow tubing rides
• Arrowhead Park fees
• Lunch (Hot Chilli and bottle water)

Extra cost:
• Skates rental $10 (or bring your own skates if you have them)

Itinery:
9 am – 10 am – Pick up at schedule places in Toronto
12 pm – 2.30 pm, Lunch and Ice Skating
4.30 pm – 6.00 pm – Snow Tubing
6.00 pm – Leaving for return to Toronto
