It’s a pirate’s life for all ages at Solar Stage with their critically acclaimed, fan-favourite, Treasure Island. This original  adaptation brings new life to Stevenson’s classic through Dora Award-nominated virtuosic performances and big laughs. he cast of four swashbuckle and swap amongst a myriad of lively characters. Telling the whole story of Treasure Island in just about an hour, using only items found in the Admiral Benbow Inn, this type of creative storytelling and prop use makes this show one that encourages kids (and kids-at-heart) to “DO try this at home!” So round up your crew to sing sea shanties, battle pirates, and go on an epic adventure at sea without even leaving city! Treasure Island sets sail every Saturday and Sunday, starting May 26 through to Canada Day. Recommended for ages 5 and up.
