Join Mom and Baby Pound Fit to drum your way into shape while having fun with your baby and other Toronto moms. Pound Fit combines easy-to-follow cardio moves with resistance training and drumming.

To participate, all you need to do is show up with your baby (4 months and up) in a car seat. Strollers must be left outside of the center at this location. Bring a yoga mat for you and towel for your baby to lay and play on, a bottle of water, and wear a comfortable pair of dance or cross training shoes.

No walk-ins allowed. Must register online in advance.
