Christmas in the Village

Bundle up and celebrate the spirit of the holiday season in Grass Park in Downtown Brooklin (Whitby) at the annual Christmas in the Village event. Experience the essence of an “olde time Christmas” and rediscover the magic of small-town traditions with family and friends. Sing festive songs, sip hot chocolate, celebrate the winter season, and visit with Santa!

Activities include lighting the 40-foot tree in the centre of the park, holiday treats, horse-and-wagon rides, photos with Santa in his cabin, Santa’s reindeer, maple taffy pulling, local entertainment, a Christmas craft sale, and carol singing (7:30–8:30 pm) in the Church Sanctuary.

Bring donations for the food and toy drive.
