The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair takes place every November. Come to the Ex to celebrate the best in agriculture, local food, and equestrian competitions from across the country. Whether you’re a visitor or an exhibitor, The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is jam-packed with home-grown fun and the best in local food and animal entertainment.
New this year is the Country Music Culinary Festival, featuring Tim Hicks and an emerging artists showcase for new Canadian country artists.
Highlights for kids include the Animal Theatre, with shows featuring birds of prey, horses, dogs, rabbits, and even yoga with goats! There’s also Ag-tivity Central, and educational area with a petting farm, sheep shearing, cattle milking, llama demonstrations, and meet-and-greets with the birds of prey. Horse lovers should not miss the nonstop performances at the Horse Show, from rodeo performances to jumping competitions (ticketed separately from fair admission).
