Maker Festival

The Maker Festival brings together 100+ makers, craftspeople, technologists, and hobbyist to show off what they’ve been working on, all in one place (everything from robotics to textiles to origami), drop-in workshops, official t-shirt hacking workshop, electronic component art workshop, free talks, giant balloons, virtual reality & projection art exhibits, robot battles, and more. Most exhibits and installations are interactive in some way. Attendance is free, although they hope you will register in advance, and  some workshops on site may require a small fee. You can find a list of workshops available for pre-registration online.
