This holiday season, the eponymous heroine of the popular Fancy Nancy picture book series is coming to the the GTA’s Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts for a splenderifous, sparkle-rific musical show.
According to Nancy, more is always better when it comes to being fancy. And what could be fancier than Christmas? With all the festive decorations, wrapped gifts, and sprinkle-tastic cookies, Christmas seems to be all about more. This year, Nancy is especially excited because she has saved up to buy a new sparkly tree topper for the Christmas tree. But when things don’t go quite as planned, will Christmas still be splederifous?
Fancy Nancy: Splenderifous Christmas is based on the New York Times bestselling picture book by Jane O’Connor and illustrated by Robin Preiss Glasser, with book by Cara Lustik, lyrics by Matthew Hardy, and music by Randy Klein. The show is recommended for ages 2 to 10.

Fancy Nancy Splenderifous Christmas, presented by Electric Moon Theatre Company, will be on stage December 2, 2017–January 6, 2018 at the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts. Showtimes are Saturdays and Sundays 11 am and 1 pm, plus December 28, 29, and January 4, 5.
