This event will focus on the impact of de-forestation and the palm oil issues as well as how the Zoo is supporting sustainable palm oil products. Guests can learn how they can help by changing some of their daily habits. Silent auction items and interpretive stations and keeper talks will also be part of this event. Funds raised will go to the Sumatran Orangutan Society.
Join in for the special Orangutan Keeper Talk at 1pm for an Orangutan keeper talk followed by a special enrichment at their exhibit at 2 pm!
