Dance Kids Toronto

A not-for-profit, non-competitive, recital-based dance school for young children—preschool through Grade 3. The school’s goal is to give every child a chance to dance and whose mission is to make dance education affordable for all families and accessible to every child.

Programs are available in jazz, tap, ballet, and hip-hop, at pre-kindergarten, JK/SK, and Grades 1/2/3 levels. Children learn through a combination of at-home practice with videos and in-person, in-studio sessions.

Classes are structured to give the newest dancers a positive introduction to dance, with the belief that a child’s first years in dance are the most important in forming a healthy self-image and strong appreciation for learning the arts.

Parents are encouraged to stay and watch the arts.
