Downsview Park Nature Connection: Shelter Across Species

Event Details

Fall is here! Explore the way animals prepare for winter. Head to Downsview park for a free outdoor shelter walk around the park to discover how animals “winter-proof” themselves using shelters and other means.

Downsview Park will be offering several free outdoor nature walks this fall. Sign up for one or all sessions. Each session must be registered separately. Each person must have a ticket.

All participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. This program may take place on rough trails, strollers are not recommended. Please do not bring animals* to Nature Connection programs and remember to dress for the weather.

Meet outside the Discovery Centre (back of 70 Canuck Avenue, next to the greenhouses).

*Service animals are always welcome.
