Stadium Programs

Along with camps in Leslieville, The Beach, and The Danforth, camps downtown east of Yonge Street are included here, as well as East York and Scarborough camps.

All camps run March 16–20, 2020. Some allow you to sign up for individual days rather than a whole week. Before- and after-care is usually available for an additional fee.

Bob Acton Sports

DANFORTH EAST

Hockey camps at Bob Action Sports include on-ice training and skills development, a camp scrimmage, dryland training, and other sports activities, at three different skill levels.

Bricks 4 kids

LESLIEVILLE

In The Beaches, Bricks4kids is offering a Jr. Robotics with Minecraft camp for March break. Campers can customize their Minecraft Lego creations with sound and motion using sensors, remote controls, and Lego’s drag-and-drop WeDo icon-based software for kids.

Camp Monarch

LESLIEVILLE

It’s a Frozen II–themed week at this musical theatre camp. Singing, dancing, acting, and art will be included, plus outdoor play. There’s an end-of-week performance for family and friends. After-care available.

East York Gymnastics Club

EAST YORK

Gymnastics, trampoline, and arts and crafts are on the roster for your limber gymnast in a 33,000-square-foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment and specialized activity stations for various ages.

Mayfair Clubs

LAKESHORE EAST

This east-end fitness centre with a kids’ club offers March break camps themed around tennis, squash, and swimming. Kids learn from certified professionals and instructors.

Oaks ‘n Acorns

Kids can try a bit of everything at March Break Activity Camp: arts and crafts, team games, an obstacle course in the gym, dance party, and outdoor play are all included in an action-packed week.

Play Loft

DANFORTH WEST

This early education centre is centred around play-based learning. Sign up for half-day or full-day camp. This year’s theme is TBD, but past themes have included Spy Camp, Science/Lego Robotics camp, and Song and Motion dance/music camp.

Power Soccer

Soccer clinics focus on specific skills and tactics for each session, followed by a game. Sign up for one or all sessions. Camps are divided by age (4–5, 6–7, 8–15) with a separate Goalkeeper Training session (ages 10–15). Play is on an indoor turf field.

Rouge Valley Conservation Centre

SCARBOROUGH – ROUGE

Kids will spend fun-filled days inside Rouge National Urban Park exploring nature and learning about daily themes like Species at Risk and Winter Outdoor Survival with trained staff.

Scarborough Museum

SCARBOROUGH – BENDALE

Kids can experience settler life as they play games, make crafts, learn settler skills, and cook over an open hearth at this City of Toronto camp. It’s not all about the 18th century: kids participate in traditional camp activities, too.

Sky Blue Studio

GREENWOOD/COXWELL

French and English-language instruction is offered at Sky Blue Studio art camps. Choose from a half-day or full-day week. Mornings will be art projects and creative activities, afternoons will be local excursions and interactive games.

Sprouts Kids

LESLIEVILLE

Children participate in creative movement, arts and crafts, hands-on science, cooking, dance, music, and yoga, as well as daily outdoor playtime. There’s a different theme each day of March break. Register by day or by week; half-day available.

Stadium Programs

UPPER BEACHES

Choose from Multi-Sport Camp (ages 4–12) or Flag Footbal Camp (ages 9–13) under the covered dome at the enormous Monarch Park Stadium, with a full NFL-size football field and full-size turf soccer field. Kids get a Friday pizza lunch.

Toronto Circus Centre

LESLIEVILLE

Aerial trapeze, hoops, silks, tumbling, juggling, and clowning are some of the activities kids will take part in during a full week of circus classes that ends with a circus show for parents on Friday.

Toronto Zoo

SCARBOROUGH – MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS

At the zoo’s Go Wild! Zoo Camp, kids tour the zoo and learn about animals in different habitats around the world, get behind-the-scenes animal encounters, and take part in themed games and activities.
