The ECCO x stackt Workshop – “Illustrator Series” – Huney

Once a week a local illustrator, carefully selected by ECCO will be on-hand at their stackt market pop-up to customize small leather goods.

Featured artist Hani Pathan @Huneystudios – September 19th – 12 noon – 8pm
Inspired by literature, editorial photography and Matisse, Huney’s work is a hybrid between fashion and abstract art. As a multi-faceted creative she experiments with art direction, writing, painting on sneakers and clothing. Check out more from Huney on Instagram @Huneystudios.

Featured artist Sarah Skrlj @SarahSkrlj – September 26th – 12 noon – 8pm
Sarah Skrlj is a Toronto based artist that has turned her passion for art and design into a full-time career. She specializes in illustration, murals and bespoke painted shoes. Featured artist Cameron Gee @theworstCam – October 3rd – From 12 noon to 8PM
Cameron Gee is one half of Hamilton based Allison & Cam. Their primary work is illustration & animation made collaboratively, as well as mixed media installation. They create things in the spirit of colour & fun. Check out more from Cameron Gee on Instagram @theworstCam.

Featured artist Andrew Foerster @Rewfoe – October 10th – from 12 noon to 8PM
Andrew “Rewfoe” Foerster is an award-winning animator, creative director, and illustrator working freelance in the creative industry for over a decade. He teaches at OCAD University as a professor of Animated Illustration. Andrew’s clientele is broad and diverse, ranging from TED Education (for more than 20 animated educational shorts), The School of Life, Koodo, TVO, PBS, 9Story, CBC, Corus Entertainment—to many more. Featured artist Michael Hak @MikeHak – October 11th – from 12 noon to 8PM
Michael is a Toronto based artist who specializes in fashion illustration and concept art.His style can be described as painterly to punchy with an inspiration of movement and animation. He mainly works in digital. But as a fine arts student, he equally loves working in traditional mediums such as marker, watercolour and acrylic paints. Featured artist Chris Nevin @iamChrisNevin – October 24th from 12 noon – 8PM
Chris Nevin – is a Toronto designer turned artist. It was during his time in college that Chris grew a love and an appreciation for fashion arts. Specifically, it was fashion illustration that Chris felt a connection with. Chris pulls most of his inspiration from the fashion and design world, as well as other art mediums/styles such as graffiti. These were the elements that helped Chris to form the foundation for his works and style. Over the years Chris has expanded his horizons, dabbling in different mediums and has worked diligently to develop a style of his own and to build a strong list of dedicated clientele.
