Adrenaline Gymnastics

This gymnastics centre in Woodbridge — on the border between Vaughan and Brampton — has gymnastics classes for all ages and levels, including recreational and competitive tracks. Recreational programs start from age 9 months with child and caregiver classes. For ages 6 and up there are tumbling, trampoline, and acro classes as well as traditional progressive gymnastics programs. Girls-only classes are available.

Competitive Women’s Artistic Gymnastics training is available for all levels, from pre-competitive (ages 4–8) up through provincial and national elite teams for ages 8 and up. There is also a Men and Women’s Tumbling & Trampoline team for boys and girls ages 7 and up.

In addition to year-round programs, Adrenaline has gymnastics camps for ages 4 and up: March break camps, winter break camps, and summer camp, including a Summer Acro Camp.

Gymnastics birthday parties for all ages are offered and include instructional gym time with obstacle course, apparatus, and games, and a party room celebration.
