Pefferlaw Creek Farms, a family-run 200-acre organic maple syrup producer in Uxbridge, is hosting its first ever maple syrup festival on the farm. Enjoy wagon rides through the sugar bush, maple taffy, kids’ crafts and games, food, and a tour of the maple operation. See a fully operational maple syrup farm in action and watch organic maple syrup being made.
Activities include:
- Tapping tours, nature hikes (last tour at 3:30)
- Horse drawn wagon rides 11 am–3 pm (weather permitting – please check here for updates closer to the dates)
- Self-guided hike and scavenger hunt all day
- Nature crafts all day
- Store (10 am–4 pm)
- Delicious fully homemade buttermilk pancakes and fresh Willowtree Farm sausages served all day.
Dress for lots of mud! Dress warmly, bring the winter gear! The sun may be out but sugaring time is still cold.
