Deputy Mayor Perrelli is hosting his First Annual City Fest. It will feature free live music, events, games, attractions, giveaways, balloons for the kids, caricature artist, and a special guest.
Richmond Hill residents will also receive free food from a variety of gourmet food trucks, a barbeque and complementary ice cream cone when they register.
