The 6th annual Oakville Children’s Festival is happening Saturday, August 17, and the grounds of Queen Elizabeth Park will transform into an arts and culture playground for kids of all ages.

Enjoy free, live performances by Juno Award-winning singer songwriter Norman Foote, with his unique blend of music with hits like Everybody Sings, Love My New Shirt and Always Be Yourself. Included in the festival line-up are performances by the Lumberjack Show, the eclectic Zoosemobile, stunt ventriloquist Tim Holland, the Ben Show, and CanSpin Awards Hooper of the Year Isabella Hoops.

Enjoy hands-on activities and interactive shows including Fire Safety Zone, City Parent Scavenger Hunt, Friends of Oakville Public Library Book Sale, art and building workshops, seedling plantings, dance groups, recreation, sports and science activities, face painting, free indoor swimming, and more.

Take the free shuttle from Bronte GO or ride your bike (no parking on-site). Food trucks will be on site for all your refreshment needs.

Festival admission is free and the event will take place rain or shine.
