Fresh Ontario maple syrup begins flowing at Bronte Creek Provincial Park on the first Sunday in March when the park’s annual Maple Syrup Festival gets underway.

Enjoy a guided tour of the Maple Lane, interpreters in 1890s costumes will help to immerse you in the history and culture of maple syrup. Visit the kids’ activity play area and farmyard animals, and tour the 1899 Spruce Lane Farmhouse living history museum. And hop aboard a wagon to the heated Pancake House for fresh, hot pancakes with pure maple syrup and sausages.
