About Manotick Arts Camp

Manotick Arts Camp has camps and classes in drama, vocal and instrumental music, dance, and visual art for every age group. Programs are designed to encourage creativity, individuality, and confidence and taught by professional artists and performers as well as certified teachers. Arts instruction is mixed with leadership-building camp activities.

The focus for the age 6 and up group is to stage a show for the parents and the community on the last day of the program. Children and youth forge friendships that last a lifetime while working together to create a show.

Camps take place in the beautiful village of Manotick. Campers walk by Watson’s Mill every day on their way to a park for daily recreational activities.

Two additional advantages of Manotick Arts Camp: low student-to-teacher ratios and before and after care at no extra cost!

New for 2018 is Music for Wee Ones daily summer classes. This program is designed as an introduction to music for children ages 3–6, and was developed with the importance of music education for brain development in mind. Through singing, movement, and drumming games, young children learn to play in ensemble with one another. Book for one week or the whole summer!

“Don’t wait! Come join the band!”
