Pro-Style Martial Arts and Fitness offers an award-winning karate program for children age 3 and up. In addition to teaching kids basic karate techniques, classes are designed to help develop motor skills, self-confidence and self-discipline. Classes are divided by age, with a pre-karate program for kids age 3 to 5 and family karate program for kids age 6 and up.
