Children’s Village of Ottawa-Carleton

Providing services to children and families since 1864, The Children’s Village operates licensed home childcare programs, school-based childcare centres, summer programs, a drop-in playgroup, workshops, and more.

The licensed home childcare program offers high-quality care for children 6 months and older in a home setting, with flexible hours and varied age groups. Additionally, CV operates five licensed childcare programs within elementary schools in Ottawa, with both toddler/preschool programs, and kindergarten/school-age programs available (based on location).

The Children’s Village also offers a summer day camp program for kids age 5 and older called “Transitions,” with a focus on gaining life skills while building independence and responsibility. Visit the website for more information.
