Be Colourful: Kids’ Yoga and Mindfulness Class

Join mindfulness and yoga instructor, Jordyn Potter, through a 7-week series introducing elements of each chakra through movement, visualizations, creativity and art!
The Be Colourful class offers a space for children to find ways to channel their energy and emotions into productive forms of self-expression through visualizations, colour therapy,  energy work.
Along with a weekly 30-minute online movement class, students will be provided with additional mindfulness and art activities that they can do at home in between classes.
This is a pay-what-you-can class.
