Ready, Set, Goal!

Ready, Set, Goal! is a free leadership program for age 9–12 years old from November 2020 to May 2021. It is completely virtual and a safe space for kids to think creatively, communicate powerfully, build confidence, take on responsibilities, and most important, have fun.

Kids are matched one-to-one with a trained adult volunteer “KidCoach”. The program involves a weekly 30-minute phone call, activity book exercises, and planning and achieving goals that make a positive impact on their communities.

Past goals include: petitioning for traffic signs, anti-bullying campaigns, planting trees, creating mental health care kits, repopulating insect pollinators, and much more.

Throughout the program, there will be four virtual events where all the kids and KidCoaches will connect and collaborate.
