Super Simple Salmon

How does Super Simple Salmon sound for dinner tonight?

I have tried countless recipes using this (apparently) brain enhancing fish. This is THE BEST, by far. In fact, this must be the fastest way there is to create a culinary miracle for dinner. The secret to reach its glossy completion, is the sweet and savoury glaze must first be heated in the microwave. Here’s to life’s simple pleasures.

Simple Salmon

4 salmon fillets

1 tablespoon salmon spice (recommended McCormick’s) and/or a dash of salt and pepper

¾ cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon chopped garlic (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon on foil (with cooking spray). Add seasoning. Combine rest of ingredients. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Baste salmon with sauce and bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
